JK-170 has the higher cationic substitute than JK-140, which can be used under usage level to bring the high combability performance. It has the strong ability to deposit the silicone oil to the hair, and add the multi conditioning performance to the shampoo.
The recommended usage is 0.2 - 0.5 % in pearlecent shampoo.
